About Vijaya Kadiyala
Vijaya Kadiyala is Executive Director for Data, AI, Cloud and Enterprise Architecture at DBS Bank, based at DBS Tech India in Hyderabad. Kadiyala has more than 24 years in technology, including a decade at JPMorgan Chase, and joined DBS in May 2021 as Executive Director for the Data and AI Platform before leading Cloud Engineering (2023-2024) and taking on the current role in December 2024.
At DBS, Kadiyala's teams re-architected the bank's data orchestration platform, migrated more than 8,000 data jobs and 750 TB of data to Google Cloud, and modernised its cloud data platform. Kadiyala has also led talent programmes at DBS Tech India, including generative AI upskilling for around 2,600 employees and a campus programme reaching 10,000 students across 20 universities.
At JPMorgan Chase (2014-2021) Kadiyala rose from Vice President to Executive Director in data solutions, engineering and architecture roles, and was selected for the firm's Expert Engineer programme. Kadiyala sits on nasscom's Telangana Region Council and has written two books published in 2026, including The Conduct Gap.
