About Sanjeev Rastogi
Sanjeev Rastogi is Head, Group Policy Services at Adani Group (Adani Enterprises Limited). From June 2024 to April 2026 he was CEO of the Adani Group Global Capability Centre, described as India's first multi-industry, multi-functional GCC, which consolidates HR, finance, procurement, IT and analytics services for the group's 900-plus entities across more than 700 locations.
He has over 30 years of experience in global business services and shared services. Before Adani he was a Partner at Deloitte heading its capability enhancement centres (2020-2024); Managing Director and Head of APAC Business Services at Syngenta, based in Pune (2016-2020); Director of Operations at Metro Global Business Services (2011-2016); and Senior Director of finance operations at HP Global Business Services (2006-2011). Earlier roles were with Accenture, Xerox, Standard Chartered Bank and American Express.
He is a Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant and Company Secretary, holds a PhD in Commerce from Bharathiar University and a BCom from Delhi University, and completed an executive leadership programme at INSEAD.
