About Suman Guha
Suman Guha is Chief Digital & Technology Officer at Croma, the Tata group's consumer electronics retail chain run by Infiniti Retail, a Tata Digital company. Guha joined Croma in August 2024 and heads its product management, technology, engineering, UX, data, information security, infrastructure and IT functions, leading AI adoption across functions, migration from SAP ECC to S/4HANA and modernisation of the commerce platforms. Until March 2026 Guha also held a dual role as CTO of Tata CLiQ and head of technology for Tata Digital's commerce entities.
Before Tata, Guha was Chief Product and Technology Officer for Reliance Retail's fashion, sports and Tira beauty businesses (2021-24). Earlier roles include Head of Business Critical Services product and engineering at Cisco, product leader for price, promotions and loyalty at Tesco in the UK, leader of Teradata's IntelliCloud service and Principal at Red Hat in the US.
Guha has completed executive programmes at Stanford Graduate School of Business and The Wharton School, and a MicroMasters in data science from UC San Diego.
