About Kuldeep T
Kuldeep T is Chief Information Security Officer and Data Protection Officer at bigbasket, based in Bengaluru. Kuldeep took up the CISO role in November 2025 and is responsible for the company's information security framework, security programmes and regulatory compliance, drawing on more than 20 years in IT and cybersecurity.
Before bigbasket, Kuldeep was Vice President, Information Security at the online gaming company Games24x7 (2022-2025), leading security and IT initiatives, DevSecOps adoption and an IT modernisation roadmap. Earlier, Kuldeep spent almost 15 years at Oracle in Bengaluru as Technical Director (2007-2022), working with Applications Labs and CEO Office Systems on IT automation, application and product security, compliance and DevOps.
Kuldeep was guest faculty at the Indian Law Institute, New Delhi, from 2017 to 2022, helping design its computer security curriculum for the PG Diploma in Cyber Law. Qualifications include a BSc in Computer Science from Delhi University, an MBA from Punjab Technical University, an LLB and certifications including CISA, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor and TOGAF.
