About Joyce Rodriguez
Joyce Rodriguez is Head of Digital Cybersecurity at Airbus India, based in Bengaluru, a role she has held since March 2024. In September 2025 she led the first Airbus Cybersecurity Conference, ACCON'25, in Bengaluru.
Before Airbus, Rodriguez was a Partner in Deloitte India's Cyber and Strategic Risk practice (2022 to 2024), working on cyber strategy and transformation, privacy and data protection for financial services and energy clients. She spent six years at Shell, including as Head of Cyber Threat Prevention in The Hague (2020 to 2022) and in services and operations leadership roles in Bengaluru. Earlier she worked at Wipro in London as a client partner and management consultant, and at Unisys and Genpact, where she was a Six Sigma Black Belt.
Rodriguez has more than 22 years of experience across cyber defence, security operations, risk management and IT operations. She holds an MBA from ICFAI Business School and a BSc in computer science from Loyola Academy, and completed Harvard's Cybersecurity: Managing Risk in the Information Age programme.
