About Ganesh Joshi
Ganesh Joshi is Chief Information Officer of Nilons Enterprises, the Maharashtra-based processed food company known for pickles, spices, instant mixes and culinary pastes. He leads the company's IT and digital transformation programme and has guided its IT infrastructure, ERP, mobile and SaaS deployments and process automation.
Joshi led Nilon's greenfield implementation of RISE with SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud, known internally as Project SST (Single Source of Truth), which went live in 2025 and connects procurement, manufacturing, sales, compliance and finance for more than 300 users. Earlier initiatives under him include a distributor management system integrated with the Tally accounting software used by stockists, SMS-based sales force automation and geo-analytics mapping of the retail network.
He has more than 27 years of experience across the FMCG, engineering, process and IT sectors. He is an ISO 27001:2013 Lead Implementer (DNV) and completed the Data Security Council of India's CyberSecurity Strategist programme. In 2026 he received the CIO Accelerator X Award at CIO500 Pune and the BharatCXO Dhurandhar Award.
