About Archana Menon
Archana Menon is Head of Analytics for the Watches division at Titan Company, and also leads the division's AI charter. Menon's remit covers customer acquisition and retention, sales and demand planning, retail network expansion, next-best-action at stores, marketing budget and price optimisation, inventory and product portfolio optimisation and generative AI applications.
Menon joined Titan in 2019 as Analytics Lead for Watches and Wearables, Fragrances and Accessories and Indian ethnic wear, and from 2023 to 2025 set up analytics for Titan's international business in the GCC and North America. Before Titan, Menon was Manager, Analytics at Cognizant (2015-2018), spent five years at Hewlett Packard as an analytics programme manager, and started out as a business technical analyst at Deloitte.
Menon holds a postgraduate diploma from MICA, Ahmedabad, specialising in brand management and market research, and a BTech in Electronics and Communication from Govt. Model Engineering College. Menon spoke on data science in the age of AI at the Data Engineering Summit 2026 and WiDS India 2026.
