About Anshuma (Dogra) Singh
Anshuma (Dogra) Singh is Senior Director and India IT Head/Site Leader at Applied Materials, heading information technology for Applied Materials India and business partnerships across Asia on digital transformation initiatives. Singh has spent 20 years at Applied Materials, joining in 2006 as Manager, Software Product Development, becoming India IT Head and Site Leader in July 2022 and Senior Director in December 2025.
Earlier roles at the company include Deputy Director, Information Technology, leading engineering, operations and programme portfolio for identity, security and access management and acting as people lead for the Software Centre of Excellence; Senior Manager, Global IT Solutions; and senior manager roles in programme portfolio and service delivery management. Singh has also chaired the company's POSH committee and led its Women Professional Development Network India. Before Applied Materials, Singh was a software engineer at Quark Media House in Chandigarh.
Singh holds a B.Tech with Honours in Computer Science Engineering from NIT Hamirpur and has completed the LEAD and Program Management for Executives programmes at IIM Bangalore.
