Mitali Dutta Das is a senior data and AI leader with more than 20 years of experience in data science, analytics, enterprise technology and data-led transformation across healthcare, consumer lifestyle, lighting, retail and BFSI. Her work focuses on building data and analytics capabilities that enable organisations to move from fragmented information and traditional reporting towards real-time intelligence, AI-driven decision-making and enterprise-scale transformation.
She has held leadership responsibilities across data science, AI/ML, insights and analytics, enterprise architecture, data integration and data platforms. Her experience includes building and leading high-performing analytics teams, developing real-time business intelligence platforms and driving enterprise data initiatives. At Philips, she has been associated with technology-led sales transformation, co-sell initiatives and enterprise-wide data democratisation, including the development of the Cross-360 data-as-a-product platform and implementation of Medallion Architecture.
Dutta Das has also been a prominent voice on the importance of data quality, governance and automation in AI adoption. She has discussed the transition from manual data modelling to automated, cloud-based data solutions and the need for strong governance and quality controls to ensure that organisations can derive reliable insights from their data.
